PRENATAL YOGA 6-WEEK COURSE

This six-week prenatal yoga course explores both restorative and dynamic physical positions, meditation, chanting, breath-work, and guided relaxation. Each week explores a different Self Inquiry, breath technique, or meditation to nurture and empower the pregnant woman. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy from 13 weeks, including those with pelvic instability. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Time to connect with your body and Self after the changes of pregnancy and birth. The practice focuses on strengthening and stabilising the core, the pelvic floor, and releasing the shoulders and upper back. Each session is held with the babies on the mother's mat. The focus is on the mum, with opportunities to playfully interact with your baby during the yoga positions. We may massage the babies, tickle them, chant, sing or rock them. It is a great way to connect with other local like-minded mums.

Suitable from 6/10 weeks after birth until your baby is actively mobile.
