Time to connect with your body and Self after the experiences of pregnancy and birth. The practice focuses on releasing
the shoulders and upper back, strengthening and stabilising the core, and the pelvic floor. Each session is held with the babies on the mother's mat. The focus is on the mum, with opportunities to playfully bond with your baby during the yoga positions. We may massage the babies, tickle them, chant, sing or rock them. It is a great way to connect with other local like-minded mums.
Suitable from 6/10 weeks after birth until your baby is actively mobile.

Dedicated time to connect with your baby and transforming self. Exploring both restorative and dynamic physical positions, meditation, chanting, breath-work, and guided relaxation. Each week explores a different Self Inquiry, breath technique, or meditation to nurture and empower the pregnant woman. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy from 13 weeks. Suitable for all levels of experience.
